Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years security-related experience.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a technology location by following security procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility and perimeter; report safety concerns.
• Monitor access control points and report unauthorized access or incidents.
• Respond to incidents calmly and communicate with site contacts and leadership as needed.
• Complete logs and shift documentation accurately and timely.
