Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and delivery personnel at site-specific access points.
• Verify credentials, maintain visitor/vehicle records, and direct authorized personnel.
• Control entry/exit of employees, contractors, vendors, and delivery vehicles per procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents and notify site contacts or leadership.
• Conduct patrols of access points, loading areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
