Job summary

Allied Universal GM Greencastle, IN is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer for on-site patrol and access control responsibilities. You will provide customer service to tenants and visitors while maintaining a visible security presence.

The role supports unarmed security with schedule options and requires 18+ years old, HS diploma, and ability to pass a background check and drug screening where allowed by law. Pay is $18.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Background check required by law for employment.
• Drug screening required where permitted by law.
• Minimum age: 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interior, exterior, parking, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access and verify visitor/contractor authorization.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and property concerns per procedures.
• Maintain professional presence and communicate hazards or maintenance needs.
