Pay rate is $18.67 per hour. Responsibilities include assisting passengers and staff, performing patrols, controlling access, and maintaining a professional presence at the site.

Qualifications

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law and company policy.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and personnel by carrying out security-related procedures and policy.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies following reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of transit facilities, platforms, parking areas, bus stops, and perimeters.
• Observe and report suspicious activity, hazards, unauthorized access, and policy violations.
• Assist with access control, visitor guidance, and directions for passengers and the public.
