Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required by law.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and store personnel.
• Respond to incidents, concerns, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout retail areas and surrounding perimeter.
• Monitor access points and report unusual conditions or policy violations.
• Document security incidents and observations; assist visitors as needed.
