Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer enhanced part-time patrol in Carthage, MS. This role offers flexible, fixed- shift anchored hours with opportunities to pick up additional shifts via the scheduling platform. Pay is $15.20 per hour and the schedule includes Friday 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM.

Ideal for building experience toward a full-time career in security. You’ll provide customer service, monitor access, conduct patrols, and respond to incidents while upholding site policies and safety

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with access control and badge systems preferred.
• Ability to provide customer service at a security location.
• Familiarity with incident response and emergency procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel while following site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, exterior grounds, and entrances.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and maintain logs and reports.
• Support site policy compliance for restricted areas and deliveries.
