Qualifications

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access to the property lobby and reception area, verify visitor credentials as required, and direct guests according to site procedures.
• Maintain visitor logs, issue and collect access credentials as assigned, and communicate access‑related concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established procedures.
