Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Guard Card/License is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, parking areas, access points, and perimeters.
• Monitor and verify credentials at access points and assist with visitor/contractor entry.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly and document observations and concerns.
• Deter unauthorized activity by maintaining a professional presence and reporting hazards.
