Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Customer Relations Patrol in Whitsett, NC. This role offers flexible, anchor shifts with opportunities to pick up additional shifts to increase earnings.

You will provide customer service at a technology, media, and telecommunications site, respond to incidents, and conduct regular patrols while logging activities and maintaining professional communications with site personnel and leadership.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Must be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site-specific procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of office areas, common spaces, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and policy concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership regarding patrol findings, incidents, and security-related concerns.]
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• A drug screen is required where permitted by law.
