Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Computer Operations in Detroit, MI for a part-time schedule. You will monitor and patrol facilities, manage access control, and provide exemplary customer service while using computer systems to support security operations.

As part of a dynamic team, you will operate with integrity, teamwork, reliability, agility, and innovation to keep clients safe and ensure compliance with site policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include basic computer use and customer service experience.
• Access control and badge experience are preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old (21+ for armed roles) and have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies at a utilities location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and follow site protocols.
• Conduct regular patrols of facilities and access points to identify unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor restricted access points, verify visitors and contractor authorization, and maintain logs and reports.
• Communicate observations and concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
