Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

• Background check required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, shoppers, and personnel by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random foot/vehicle patrols to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
• Respond to incidents calmly and professionally following site procedures.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity and policy violations to supervisors.
• Document daily activities and incidents with timely, clear reports.
