Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of distribution areas, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access activity and verify credentials according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Document patrols, incidents, and access concerns per reporting procedures.
