Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Part Time Security Officer in Saint Louis, MO. You will monitor and protect client sites, deter incidents, and provide high-quality customer service while adhering to site procedures.

Qualified candidates have at least one year of security experience, an active DoD Secret clearance, and a high school diploma or equivalent. A license is preferred and a background check plus drug screen are required by law.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• Active DoD Secret clearance.
• A state/county/city security license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and other critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of facilities, parking lots, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity per site requirements; document observations.
• Support protection of personnel and property following post orders and escalate concerns as needed.
