Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required by applicable laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site‑specific access‑control procedures.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, manage visitor and contractor sign‑in processes, and maintain access‑control records.
• Screen incoming and outgoing vehicles, deliveries, and personnel, reporting irregularities to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, perimeters, parking areas, and other locations to deter unauthorized access.
