Job summary

Masonic Villages of Pennsylvania Sewickley Campus is seeking a Part-Time Security Guard for evenings and weekends. You will patrol grounds, respond to incidents, and assist with after-hours operations to ensure safety and security for residents and staff.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, valid driver’s license, and CPR certification; prior security experience is preferred. Weekend and evening shifts from 3pm–11pm are required. Benefits are available.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver\'s license.
• CPR certification required; in-house training available.
• Previous security experience preferred.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Good organizational and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Patrols the building and grounds, identifies unusual circumstances and takes action.
• Acts as first responder to fire and police emergencies; supports emergency management.
• Prepares reports clearly using mobile devices and logs activities.
• Maintains knowledge of alarm and fire protection systems; coordinates maintenance.
• Issues violations to parking and road safety policy violators.
• Provides after-hours support to Resident Care, mail, and maintenance as needed.
