Qualifications

Access control/badge experience preferred.
Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Background check and drug screen required by law.
Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security procedures and site policies.
Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations calmly.
Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the facility, grounds, and parking areas.
Monitor visitor, employee, and contractor access and verify credentials.
Document incidents and patrol activities and communicate with site leadership.
