Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Reception Support in Easton, PA. This role offers flexible, fixed shifts at a designated site with the option to pick up additional shifts through our scheduling platform.

The position pays $14.86 per hour with DayTime Fri06:00 AM - 02:00 PM schedule. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, verifying access, issuing badges, monitoring entrances, and maintaining a professional lobby.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors at a commercial real estate location by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
• Serve as a front desk point of contact by greeting visitors, verifying access authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and directing guests appropriately.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, and security-related systems, reporting unusual activity or access concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as needed.
• Maintain accurate visitor, vendor, and incident records while supporting a professional and welcoming lobby environment.
