Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

• Driving positions require a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and visitors through security procedures and responses.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location and perimeter to deter incidents.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious behavior or hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Contribute to a welcoming retail environment by guiding customers and maintaining clear communication with store leadership.
