Qualifications

• At least 1 year of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience.
• Valid driver's license is required for driving positions.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Ranking age: 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background check and drug screen will be conducted.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and other critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct routine unarmed patrols of healthcare facilities, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points, assist with visitor direction and adherence to site requirements.
• Prepare clear reports and promptly communicate incidents or observations to relevant personnel.
