Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Concierge in Lexington, KY. This role offers flexible, anchor shifts and the option to pick up additional shifts to increase earnings.

You will work at a university front desk, providing security procedures, directions, and assistance to students, faculty, staff, visitors, and contractors. Responsibilities include monitoring entry, verifying IDs, responding to incidents and emergencies, and logging visitor information.

Formación

• Possess at least one year of security‑related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service at a university front desk by following security procedures and responding to incidents as needed.
• Greet students, faculty, staff, visitors and contractors and provide directions and assistance professionally.
• Monitor entry activity, verify ID or authorization, and maintain visitor logs and records.
• Respond to incidents, alarms and emergencies; notify campus personnel and responders as directed.
• Observe and report hazards, policy violations and maintenance concerns to the appropriate personnel.
