UPS in the United States is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee safety, training and performance of workgroups within the facility. You will lead, coach, and develop teams; ensure compliance with policies and procedures; manage resources for maximum output and accuracy; and foster a proactive, collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 70 lbs (32 kg) and work in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree or international equivalent (preferred).

Responsabilités

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensures safety policies and procedures are followed at all times, in compliance with department, station, corporate and local government requirements.
• Manages department resources to ensure maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Establishes and promotes a positive, team-oriented work environment emphasizing employee involvement, proactive communication, inter-departmental cooperation, and continual improvement on all levels.
• Implements employee personal development plans to support ongoing growth.
• Ensures all employees receive orientation, training, materials, regular evaluations, and proactive coaching.
