Sway is seeking a Seasonal Warehouse Associate in Richmond, CA to support our overnight warehouse operations. You will handle receiving, sorting, loading, unloading, and organizing products, contributing as a key team member during peak season.

This temporary role starts mid-November 2026 and runs for 4–6 weeks, with potential extension based on needs. Evening shift 4:00 PM–9:00 PM, onsite, with a focus on safety, accuracy, and efficient package processing.

About the role

We are seeking a capable Seasonal Warehouse Associate to support our warehouse operations. In this role, you will handle receiving, sorting, loading, unloading, and organizing products, while assisting with a variety of warehouse tasks. You’ll start as a key individual contributor to our warehouse team, with the potential to grow into a team lead role as the company expands.

Seasonal Employment Details

This is a temporary seasonal position to support our upcoming peak season. We anticipate start dates between November 9-16, 2026, with employment expected to last approximately 4-6 weeks, depending on operational needs. There may be opportunities to extend employment beyond the seasonal period based on business needs.

What You’ll do:

Qualifications:

• Proven warehouse experience
• Team player with organizational skills
• High school diploma
• Adequate knowledge of warehouse data system

Nice to Have:

• A BS degree is preferred
• Forklift Certified is preferred but not required
