Sway is hiring a Seasonal Warehouse Associate to support our warehouse operations in Philadelphia. You will handle receiving, sorting, loading, unloading, and organizing products, while assisting with a variety of tasks. This role starts as a key contributor with potential to grow into a team lead as we expand.

Start dates are between November 9–16, 2026 for approximately 4–6 weeks. Schedule features morning shifts (6:00 AM – 10:00 AM) and is onsite in Philadelphia, PA.

Qualifications

• Proven warehouse experience.
• Team player with organizational skills.
• High school diploma.
• Familiar with warehouse data systems (WMS).

Responsibilities

• Warehouse inventory management.
• Process, sort, and ingest packages accurately.
• Monitor ingoing and outgoing shipments.
• Organize warehouse space.
• Receive, unload and place incoming inventory items appropriately.
• Check and verify shipping labels.
• Abide by safety regulations.
• Coordinate with drivers regarding pickups and deliveries.
• Reschedule and track failed delivery attempts.
• Verify and review delivery photos for accuracy and compliance.

About the role

We are seeking a capable Seasonal Warehouse Associate to support our warehouse operations. In this role, you will handle receiving, sorting, loading, unloading, and organizing products, while assisting with a variety of warehouse tasks. You’ll start as a key individual contributor to our warehouse team, with the potential to grow into a team lead role as the company expands.

Seasonal Employment Details

This is a temporary seasonal position to support our upcoming peak season. We anticipate start dates between November 9–16, 2026, with employment expected to last approximately 4–6 weeks, depending on operational needs. There may be opportunities to extend employment beyond the seasonal period based on business needs.

What You’ll do:

• Warehouse inventory management
• Process, sort, and ingest packages accurately
• Monitor ingoing and outgoing shipments
• Organize warehouse space
• Receive, unload and place incoming inventory items appropriately
• Check and verify shipping labels
• Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations
• Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures
• Communicate operational needs & concerns to HQ team
• Coordinate and communicate with drivers regarding pickups and deliveries
• Reschedule and track failed delivery attemptsHandle basic administrative tasks related to daily operations
• Verify and review delivery photos for accuracy and compliance
• Consolidate pickups and assist in processing outgoing shipments

Qualifications:

Required:

• Proven warehouse experience
• Team player with organizational skills
• High school diploma
• Adequate knowledge of warehouse data system

Nice to Have:

• A BS degree is preferred
• Forklift Certified is preferred but not required
