Sway, a fast-growing logistics and technology company in Austin, is seeking a Part-Time Seasonal Warehouse Associate for the AM shift. You will support receiving, sorting, loading/unloading, and organizing products, with potential growth to a team lead as operations expand.

This temporary role runs roughly 4–6 weeks around the November 9–16, 2026 window. Key duties include inventory management, safety compliance, and coordinating with drivers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Warehouse inventory management.

• Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations.
• Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures.
• Communicate operational needs & concerns to HQ team.
• Coordinate and communicate with drivers regarding pickups and deliveries.
• Reschedule and track failed delivery attempts.
• Handle basic administrative tasks related to daily operations.
• Verify and review delivery photos for accuracy and compliance.
• Consolidate pickups and assist in processing outgoing shipments.

About the role

We are seeking a capable Seasonal Warehouse Associate to support our warehouse operations. In this role, you will handle receiving, sorting, loading, unloading, and organizing products, while assisting with a variety of warehouse tasks. You’ll start as a key individual contributor to our warehouse team, with the potential to grow into a team lead role as the company expands.

Seasonal Employment Details

This is a temporary seasonal position to support our upcoming peak season. We anticipate start dates between November 9–16, 2026 , with employment expected to last approximately 4–6 weeks , depending on operational needs. There may be opportunities to extend employment beyond the seasonal period based on business needs.
