Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate the cash register, process tenders, and maintain accurate cash records.
• Restock the sales floor following merchandising guidelines and build displays; lift up to 35 lb.
• Assist visitors with product selection and suggest complementary items.
• Navigate complex topics with sensitivity and respect.
• Work a flexible schedule including weekends and maintain regular attendance.
• Work as part of a team and interact effectively with others.
• Open and close the store independently.

Essential Job Functions:

• Operate the cash register by processing appropriate tenders and maintaining accurate cash register records
• Restock the sales floor while following visual merchandising guidelines and help create visual displays. This includes lifting boxes weighing up to 35 pounds to a shelf height of 5 feet and may require standing for long periods of time to include bending, squatting, and reaching
• Assist visitors with product selection and offer complementary products
• Navigate complex topics with sensitivity and respect
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and maintain prompt and regular attendance
• Ability to work as part of a team and interact effectively with others
• May open and close the store independently
