Job summary

Columbia Sportswear Company in Bluffton, South Carolina is seeking a part-time seasonal Retail Associate to welcome customers, answer questions, and help with product recommendations while keeping the sales floor inviting. You will maintain store standards, process transactions, assist with inventory, and support the Store Leadership team to deliver great in-store experiences.

Qualifications

• No formal education required; HS diploma or GED preferred.
• 2 years or less of experience in a similar role.
• Experience operating POS systems and retail software.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
