Job summary

AGRILAND FS is seeking a part-time associate for peak-season delivery and tank service in Iowa. The role involves physically demanding outdoor work with a fast pace and teamwork to support field operations.

Responsibilities include filling and delivering anhydrous tanks, operating tender trucks, assisting with inventory, and serving customers at the facility and on farms. Flexibility for overtime and seasonal CDL are preferred attributes.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Excellent work ethic and ability to work in a team.
• Be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Able to stand, sit, crawl, climb and reach as needed.
• Must pass pre-employment drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Fill anhydrous tanks and deliver to customers.
• Operate tender trucks to deliver products to equipment in fields.
• Maintain equipment and facility with the team.
• Assist with inventory control at the facility.
• Serve customers at the facility and on farms/homes.

Employee will:

• Fill anhydrous tanks


• Deliver anhydrous tanks to customers


• Operate tender trucks to deliver products to application equipment in farm fields


• Work in a positive team environment to maintain equipment and facility


• Assist with inventory control


• Service customers at the facility and on their farms / homes

Peak Season Spring: March-May

Peak Season Fall: October-December

Successful Candidates must:

• Prefer a person able to obtain a Seasonal CDL (Clean driving record in 12 months)


• Must be 18 years old or older


• Enjoy working outdoors with ability to work in a variety of weather conditions


• Experience working safely on a job site


• Excellent work ethic and team-work skills


• Be able to lift 50 lbs


• Must be able to stand, sit, crawl, climb and reach difficult areas as job demands

Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test along with a background check.
