First Student is hiring part-time School Bus Drivers for Anoka-Hennepin Schools in Anoka, MN. You will start mornings with pickups and transport students home in the afternoon, with potential hours for field trips and events. No experience required; training provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license for at least 3 years.
• Part-time schedule with summers off as applicable.
• Enjoy working with students.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school and activities.
• Supervise boarding and unloading; assist students with seatbelts and mobility aids.
• Maintain order on the vehicle to prevent distractions.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections (brakes, lights, tires, etc.).
• Report mechanical issues and keep vehicle clean and sanitary.
• Obey traffic laws and company safety standards.
• Communicate with parents, school staff and dispatch about delays or behavior.
