Job summary

BuckledIn is seeking responsible drivers to transport students to and from school in Oregon City, OR. Focus is on safety, reliability, and a welcoming environment for children, with morning and afternoon shifts.

You will be designated as a W2 employee and receive paid training, plus earn above‑average pay per route with potential referral bonuses. Summers off may apply depending on route offerings.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
• Own a four‑door vehicle in good condition and a smartphone.
• Able to pass onboarding including BCI and FBI fingerprinting and a 19‑point vehicle inspection.

Responsibilities

• Drive K-12 students safely and reliably to and from school.
• Create a positive, kind, and welcoming environment for children.
• Communicate consistently with parents, caregivers, and school staff.
