Job summary

Aspen Ridge Preparatory School in Colorado is seeking a part-time Speech/Language Pathologist to develop students' speech and language skills and support their academic growth. The position is structured as one day per week, totaling 25 contracted days from November 2026 through May 2027, with a typical school-year calendar August through May.

You will collaborate with teachers, staff, and administration to address individual needs, conduct screenings, participate in IEPs, and ensure compliance

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher from an accredited college/university.
• Teaching Certificate required.
• Colorado Speech Pathologist License required.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to implement and enforce school policies as directed.
• Ability to pass a CBI and FBI background check.

Responsibilities

• Recognize and prevent educational problems.
• Monitor student progress and development.
• Conduct screenings and diagnostic evaluations.
• Participate in IEP development.
• Adhere to Colorado Plan for Special Education guidelines and consult with stakeholders.
