Job summary

ConnectedHealth in Olympia, WA seeks a Part-time Speech Language Pathologist (0.6 FTE) to deliver school-based services under a 36-week contract. Expect up to 22.5 hours weekly with premium pay and comprehensive benefits.

You will assess students, develop IEP-aligned intervention plans, collaborate with teachers and families, and maintain thorough documentation while meeting district and state requirements. Travel and availability through the school year are required.

Qualifications

• SLP licensure/certification required for practice.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in school-based SLP.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently are essential.
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass background check.
• Comfort working in a school environment and flexibility to work up to 22.5 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech-language services to students in the school setting in accordance with IEPs and state/federal regulations.
• Assess students' communication skills and provide individualized intervention plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to implement effective communication strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in line with district and state requirements.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development activities to ensure continuous growth and compliance.
