Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a part-time, school-based role (0.5 FTE, 20 hours/week) for the upcoming academic year in San Antonio, Texas. You will assess, plan and deliver speech-language services to students at an elementary campus, collaborating with teachers, parents and specialists.

The position emphasizes direct therapy and IEP participation, with progressive documentation and family engagement to support student outcomes in a balanced educational setting.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in SLP and valid CCC-SLP license required.
• Experience collaborating with teachers, parents and specialists preferred.
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication challenges
• Provide direct therapy sessions and consult with classroom staff to support strategy integration
• Document progress, create reports, and maintain compliance with school and state requirements
• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings and collaborative planning sessions
• Engage with families to support students at school and home
