Job summary

St. Ann's Home & School in Methuen, MA, is seeking a part-time School Psychologist (K–12) for a 20-hour week, 10-month school year position. The role focuses on trauma-informed counseling, assessments for IEPs, and collaborative intervention planning.

The successful candidate will hold a Doctoral degree in School Psychology, a Massachusetts license, and experience with trauma-informed care. The position offers comprehensive benefits and a supportive multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in School Psychology (Required).
• Massachusetts School Psychologist License or Certification (Required).
• Experience with trauma-informed care and students with social-emotional disabilities.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and small-group counseling to students with trauma and emotional disabilities.
• Conduct psychological and educational evaluations for IEPs.
• Collaborate with teachers, behavioral staff, and families to develop intervention strategies.
• Support crisis response and safety planning; participate in team meetings and IEP progress monitoring.
• Promote a positive, inclusive school climate through trauma-informed practices.
