Job summary

The LaGrange Area Department of Special Education is seeking a School Psychologist for Early Childhood Evaluations on Tuesdays (0.2 FTE). The role involves evaluating and supporting developmental learning within pre-k classrooms, with responsibilities spanning report generation and data management.

Qualifications include a graduate degree in School Psychology and an appropriate Illinois Professional Educator License. Travel between LADSE locations is required.

Qualifications

• Master's, Specialist, or Doctorate in School Psychology.
• Graduate degree in School Psychology with Professional Educator License.
• Ability to utilize technology to generate reports, manage data, and maintain student records.
• Experience with play-based assessment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to professional, ethical and legal standards of psychology in the schools.
• Drive between assignment locations using a personal vehicle.
• Evaluate and support global developmental processes of learning in early childhood settings.
• Collaborate with program coordinator/designee and LADSE team.
