The role is dedicated to fostering a love of learning among children while ensuring a safe, engaging environment. Candidates should possess outstanding customer service skills and experience with children. Formación

• Must meet state-specific requirements, including First Aid and CPR certification.
• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Proof of MMR and cleared tuberculosis test required.

Responsabilidades

• Review goals and updates during daily program meetings.
• Prepare activities and curriculum according to program objectives.
• Ensure a safe and nurturing environment for children.

Conocimientos

Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills

Works well in a team environment

At least 1 year of experience working with children under 13 years of age

Ability to lift 25lbs

Drive to inspire a love for learning

Flexibility to support additional local programs as needed

Educación

High School diploma/GED

Enrollment or completion of a two-year career-technical program
