Job summary

Rockwood South Middle School in Fenton, MO is seeking a part-time Child Nutrition Assistant to support meal preparation and serving. Under the cafeteria manager, you will follow USDA guidelines, handle cash, operate equipment, and assist with inventory and end-of-day tasks. High school diploma preferred; ServSafe is a plus; hours are 6:30 AM–1:30 PM with potential for certificate bonuses. Immediate start.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve school meals to students.

• Prepare menu items from standardized recipes and adjust portions.
• Maintain clean, sanitary work areas and comply with regulations.
• Assist with ordering, inventory and deliveries.
• Record production on standard sheets as required.
