Job summary

FLIK Independent School Dining is hiring immediately for a part-time WAITER/WAITRESS at Belmont Hill School in Belmont, MA. You will take food and beverage orders and deliver to dining room guests with friendly, efficient service.

Previous serving and culinary experience preferred. Flexible scheduling, free meals, and uniforms may be provided; benefits available for full-time and part-time associates.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience preferred.
• Culinary experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and take food and beverage orders following steps of service.
• Deliver food promptly and maintain safe handling and sanitation standards.
• Advise guests on menu items and accommodate reasonable requests and dietary needs.
• Communicate with kitchen/staff to ensure correct orders and special requests.
• Handle tickets and follow cash-handling procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe dining area and assist with setup and cleanup.
