Qualifications

• Citizenship, residency or work visa required.

Responsibilities

• Keeps buildings and premises neat and clean at all times.
• Shovels, plows, and sands walkways as needed.
• Checks exit doors and panic bars during occupancy hours.
• Raises and lowers the United States flag on school days.
• Cleans classrooms, chalk boards, and dusts furniture daily.
• Cleans restrooms, locker rooms, and drinking fountains daily.
• Cleans halls after school and during the day as required.
• Cleans windows inside and out at least once a year.
• Keeps grounds free of rubbish and maintains safety and appearance.
• Keeps floors clean and in good condition.
• Makes minor building repairs and reports needed repairs.
• Reports damage to school property to Site Administrator.
• Opens and closes the building and ensures doors/windows are secured.
• Maintains inventory of supplies and requisitions replacements.
• Moves furniture as needed for activities.
• Complies with local laws for trash storage and disposal.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
