Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a part-time Cleaner for Glen Burnie School. Under supervision, you will perform a variety of custodial duties to keep facilities clean and safe, including floors, windows, bathrooms, and trash handling.

We value attention to detail, the ability to follow directions, and teamwork. Compensation ranges from $15.00 to $17.55 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package and ADA accommodations available upon request.

Qualificações

• Basic cleaning responsibilities require no previous experience.
• Must be able to take direction and work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors and other surfaces inside buildings.
• Use floor buffers and shampoo machines with attachments.
• Vacuum rugs, spot clean daily, and dust furniture and fixtures.
• Wash windowsills and interior/exterior glass; clean bathrooms daily.
• Monitor defects (clogged urinals, lights) and report to supervisor.
• Collect and dispose of trash; replace liners as needed.
