Job summary

Hazleton Area School District is currently seeking Crossing Guards for multiple locations in the Hazleton area. Shifts run from 7:00 to 9:00 in the morning and 2:00 to 4:00 in the afternoon, with a pay rate of $15 per hour.

Successful candidates must obtain all required clearances, Act 168, and pass pre-employment drug, physical, and TB tests. This is a part-time, on-site position and the district is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• All clearances required (Act 168)
• Pre-employment drug test, physical and TB test required
• Citizenship, residency or work visa required

Responsibilities

• Monitor school crossing areas for student safety at assigned locations
• Work two shifts: 7am–9am and 2pm–4pm
• Ensure compliance with district policies and safety procedures
