Job summary

All City Management Services seeks multiple School Crossing Guards in Glencoe, IL, for part-time, school-day crossings. Earn $20 per 30-minute shift or $40 per day when working both shifts, with shifts 30 minutes before and after school, Monday–Friday on school days only.

As a Crossing Guard, you help students travel safely and become a positive presence in the Glencoe community, with training and safety equipment provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Able to stand throughout scheduled shifts.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong communication and observation skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely assist students and pedestrians at designated crossings.
• Monitor traffic and help maintain safe crossing conditions.
• Remain alert and attentive throughout your assigned shift.
• Communicate professionally with students, families, school staff, and drivers.
• Follow ACMS safety procedures and training guidelines.
