Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Satisfactory background checks as per Ohio law.
• 1–3 years in youth-based, team-oriented environments preferred.
• Willingness to train in CPI within 12 months of hire date.
• Strong communication and ability to engage multiple parties.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates and supervises students during classroom transitions and routines.
• Supports restorative interventions and positive behavior initiatives.
• Collaborates with staff to ensure safe, youth-centered spaces.
• Attends trainings and maintains timely reports and documentation.
• Works with the principal to promote school safety and program participation.
