Qualifications

• Experience with commercial dishwashers is a plus.

• Able to perform kitchen sanitation duties.

Responsibilities

• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine. Ensures cleanliness and sanitation.
• Washes pots, pans and trays per procedures; maintains cleanliness and sanitation.
• Polishes silver using burnishing machine and related steps; ensures sanitation.
• Keeps dish area clean and safe; follows safety standards.
• Sweeps and mops kitchen floors; maintains prep areas.
• Transfers supplies between storage and work areas; loads/unloads when needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
