• Nationally certified in applied food service sanitation or able to obtain within 10 months.
• Experience in food service, cafeteria, custodial, or kitchen is preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, utensils, and equipment.
• Keep kitchen, serving lines, dining areas, and storage clean.
• Assist with basic food preparation and meal service.
• Sweep, mop, and clean floors and surfaces.
• Assist with receiving, unloading, and storing deliveries.
• Maintain professional interactions with students, staff, and visitors.
