No experience is required; paid training is provided. Sign-on bonuses up to $5,000 for fully licensed CDL with endorsements; Driver Trainees receive paid training and a starting rate of about $21.71–$23.80 per hour.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years old
• Must have a valid driver’s license and have at least 1 year of driving experience (classes A–E)
• Pass pre-employment screenings
• Ability to work with people in a positive manner

Responsibilities

• Drive students to and from school along fixed routes
• Perform daily vehicle inspections
• Adhere to school bus safety and bus stop safety standards
