Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Driver’s license for five years and valid Florida CDL with P and S endorsements.
• Ability to read and follow traffic signs and instructions.
• Drug and alcohol screening completed.
• Background checks required.

Responsibilities

• Obey traffic laws and safety regulations for school buses.
• Maintain schedule and pickup/drop-off times.
• Fuel bus and perform daily safety inspections.
• Keep bus clean and report maintenance issues.
• Pickup/discharge students at designated stops and supervise field trips.
• Notify supervisor of delays or safety concerns.
• Follow safety policies and transportation guidelines.
• Perform other bus-driving-related duties as required.
