Job summary

STA Family of Companies is seeking a school bus driver in Missouri City, TX to transport students along established routes with safety and professionalism. You will perform pre- and post-trip inspections and participate in safety meetings.

Candidates must be 21+, have at least 5 years of verifiable driving history, and be able to obtain a CDL. A clean driving record and successful background check are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Minimum 5 years verifiable driving history.
• Clean driving record within the last 24-36 months.
• Ability and willingness to obtain a CDL.
• Pre-employment background checks may apply.

Responsibilities

• Drive a school bus route - pick up and drop off students at established stops.
• Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safe operation.
• Conduct post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Attend and participate in monthly safety meetings.
• Clean bus to maintain a professional appearance and company image.
• Occasionally take field trips and charter runs to transport students and other passengers.
