Job summary

KIPP OKC Public Schools is seeking a dependable Part-Time School Bus Driver to safely transport scholars to and from school. The ideal candidate is punctual, safety-conscious, and dedicated to providing a welcoming transportation experience for our scholars.

This position offers guaranteed 20 hours per week, with morning and afternoon routes (5:30 AM start and 2:00 PM routes). A CDL, ability to pass background checks, and reliable attendance are required, with training provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL for school bus operation.
• Pass background checks and drug screenings.
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport scholars to and from school.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Follow routes and transportation procedures.
• Maintain a safe, orderly environment on the bus.
• Communicate delays or safety concerns to school staff.
