First Student in Lancaster, TX is hiring part-time school bus drivers. No experience required; we provide industry-leading CDL training to help you succeed. Your day includes a split shift with early morning before-school pickup and after-school drop-off, with a guaranteed 4-hour shift per school day and a few free hours in between.

Starting wage is $24.50 per hour, based on bus driver experience. We offer dental and vision benefits, a guaranteed 20 hours per week, and opportunities to pick up

Qualifications

• No prior driving experience required; training provided.
• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license for 3+ years.
• Part-time schedule with guaranteed 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Drive students to and from school on a split shift.
• Support before- and after-school pickup and drop-off.
• Take extra hours on trips and charters when available.
