Job summary

First Student Inc. in Sewickley, PA is hiring part-time School Bus Drivers to transport students safely and warmly each day. This role features a split shift with early morning pickup and afternoon drop-off, plus a few free hours in between.

We train you on industry-leading technology, offer CDL training, medical/dental/vision benefits and a 401k, and a generous $7,500 sign-on bonus. No experience is required, and weekends are optional if you want more hours.

Qualifications

• No experience required to start.
• Must be at least 21 years old and have held a valid driver's license for 3+ years.
• Position subject to DOT drug testing as a safety-sensitive role.
• Unable to work nights or weekends unless desired for extra hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and reliable transportation for students on a split shift (before and after school).
• Operate as part of a friendly team and follow district safety procedures.
• Utilize company training and technology to support daily routes.
• Complete additional hours through trips/charters when available.
